Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Global Padel Hub Pte Ltd ("GPH", "we", "us", or "our") at [www.globalpadelhub.com] ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"User": Any individual or organisation accessing or using the Platform.

"Member": A User who registers an account to publish a profile.

"Content": Any text, images, logos, links, or data submitted to the Platform by Users.

2. About Global Padel Hub

Global Padel Hub Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 32 Pekin Street, #05-01, Singapore, 048762, UEN 202521385Z.

GPH operates a discovery-first platform that connects players, clubs, coaches, brands, and event organisers across the global padel ecosystem. The Platform serves as a comprehensive directory, allowing members to create and manage public profiles, showcase services, and engage with the wider community through curated listings and content.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content.

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating their profiles.

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account and for complying with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Users must not:

  • Upload, post or share unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or harassing content;
  • Use the Platform to send spam or conduct unauthorised promotions;
  • Collect or harvest data from the Platform using automated means;
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

4. Licence to Use the Platform

GPH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You must not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content (other than your own submissions);
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
  • Circumvent any security features or attempt unauthorised access.

5. User Roles and Account Types

GPH offers various account types based on the role (e.g. club, coach, brand). All accounts are currently free, though a premium version may be introduced in future. Account functionality varies depending on the selected role.

6. User-Generated Content and Licensing

By submitting Content to the Platform:

  • You confirm you own or have rights to such Content.
  • You retain ownership of the Content.
  • You grant GPH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and promote the Content on the Platform and in marketing.

GPH may remove or moderate any Content that violates these Terms, legal requirements, or community standards.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may link to third-party services (e.g. booking platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. GPH does not endorse, control, or guarantee the availability or quality of these services. Users acknowledge that GPH is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party sites.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, other than user-submitted content, is the intellectual property of Global Padel Hub Pte Ltd or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, the site's design, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, and underlying code.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to GPH and may not be used without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

GPH provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in listings or content;
  • Interruptions or delays in Platform availability;
  • Loss, injury, or damage resulting from use of the Platform or linked third-party services;
  • Any injury or harm arising from padel-related activities.

GPH does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications which may temporarily affect access.

10. Termination and Content Removal

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove content at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • False or misleading information;
  • Offensive, illegal, or explicit content;
  • Impersonation or fraud;
  • Breach of these Terms or other unacceptable conduct.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be submitted first to the Singapore Mediation Centre for resolution in accordance with its Mediation Procedure. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to Terms

GPH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Where practical, we will notify users of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
