We do not sell or share your data with partner clubs, coaches, advertisers, or overseas entities. If, in future, clubs or coaches are granted access, this will be governed by data sharing agreements and user transparency controls.

While we do not intentionally transfer personal data overseas, some technical data (e.g. backups, hosting infrastructure) may be processed by cloud services outside Singapore. We ensure these are subject to safeguards consistent with PDPA.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws.

  • If you delete your account or request deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deleted or anonymised at our discretion.

9. Data Security

We take your data security seriously and implement both technical and organisational measures to protect it, including:

  • Supabase Auth with TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Role-based access controls
  • Continuous monitoring for potential breaches or suspicious activity
  • Regular reviews of our data security infrastructure

Despite our best efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required under applicable laws.

10. Marketing and Communication

We may contact you with marketing messages related to GPH's features, content, and updates.

  • Consent for marketing is assumed upon registration, in line with PDPA provisions
  • You can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at data@globalpadelhub.com
  • Opting out does not affect essential service-related communications

11. Your Rights Under the PDPA

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated data
  • Withdraw Consent to the use or disclosure of your data
  • Request Deletion of your personal data
  • Submit Complaints regarding misuse of personal data
